Jonathan Kroll is a seasoned Student Affairs educator with over 20 years of experience, specializing in leadership training and development. He is the Founder, Executive Director and Master Trainer of Leadership Trainer, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that focuses on trainer preparation programming and resources.

Jonathan has facilitated hundreds of training programs to 1,000s of participants across five continents. He is the author of the award-winning >Preparing Leadership Educators: A Comprehensive Guide to Theories, Practices, and Facilitation Skills (Routledge) and was a co-editor of the recently published special edition of the New Directions for Student Leadership: Facilitating Leadership Development in Training Contexts.
