With approximately 28 years of experience in the field as both a student affairs practitioner and educator, she brings extensive expertise in student development, helping skills, belonging, inclusive learning environments, and student success.\r\n\r\nShe has taught student development theory, counseling concepts, group dynamics, and professional practice courses for future higher education professionals, and regularly facilitates workshops and presentations for faculty and student affairs practitioners on topics such as student support, engagement, classroom climate, and developmental practice.
