She is the founder of <a href=\"https:\/\/collegeautismspectrum.com\" target=\"_blank\"><u>College Autism Spectrum<\/u><\/a>, former Assistant Clinical Professor at Yale Child Study Center, Yale Medical School, and retired Director of Student Services at the University of Connecticut School of Law. She co-founded one of the first Autism college support programs in 2008 and served as its director for 16 years. She currently serves as Director of <a href=\"https:\/\/collegeautismspectrum.com\" target=\"_blank\"><u>College Autism Spectrum<\/u><\/a>, where she facilitates trainings and provides coaching to help institutions create more neuroinclusive campus environments.
